This weeks UO news:

On Thursday, January 18, 2006 at server maintenance, we deployed a publish to all shards.

The update will contain the following changes:

• Fixed an issue that was causing Gingerbread houses to sometimes get destroyed after being axed or from customizing the in which house they were placed. NOTE: this does NOT fix currently placed Gingerbread houses.
• Characters 30 days or older will receive an extra holiday stocking with a deed for a Gingerbread house until Feb. 1st.
• The motherlode skill gain feature has been turned off. You can still get blackrock from mining in the motherlode regions, but the enhanced energy of the area has faded.
• Catskills downtime gifts will no longer be given out
• Trial of Ricardo no longer stops running part way through
• Fixed incorrect skill use text used by Lady Melisande
• Added four new quest giver npcs in the Lycaeum for this week's event

The member of the month for January is Sky-Tammer.   Sky-Tammer was the person lucky enough to finally kill Waldo the Drunk and collect his $1,000,000 bounty that he's had on his head for the past 3-4 months.

The White Wrym & Mare combo seemed to have been the winning ticket.....good job Sky-Tammer!

The Mage Tower would like to welcome it's newest members Dark Angel, Capt Blackbeard & Jasmine Yew.

This past Sunday Nights Crawl to Despise Dungeon was changed while crawling there due to the amount of people allready inside camping all the good spots.  We then decided to change venues and zap over to Wrong Dungeon and create some havok over there for an hour or so.   
We had two seperate parties this time around, due to the high amount of members wanting to join us for some good old fashioned dungeon crawling!

Waldo the Drunk was finally killed by someone and had his $1,000,000 bounty collected.  Congrats to Sky-Tammer for being the lucky one to finally drop that Slippery Drunk Bastard Waldo! 

 This weeks pk / felucca champspawn hunt was a big success!  We tackled and beat the Undead spawn in T2A with minimal losses.  Lots of fun on this hunt!
